SXS Desert Audio – 1-Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and is enforceable only by the original purchaser (“Buyer”). The warranty is valid only if the product was purchased from an authorized SXS Desert Audio dealer.

Note: This warranty covers SXS Desert Audio products only. It does not cover any labor costs for installation or removal associated with the warranty process.

How to Request Warranty Service

IMPORTANT: Do not return any product without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request warranty service, please email us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A copy of your original purchase receipt

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem (if applicable)

Once reviewed, our team will provide you with an RMA# and return instructions.

Note:

  • The RMA# must be clearly marked on the return packaging

  • Return shipping must be prepaid — freight collect or COD will not be accepted

  • Use original or equivalent packaging and insure your shipment

  • SXS Desert Audio is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping

  • Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to the sender

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, accidents, or abuse

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Water damage, fire, extreme temperatures, UV, or chemical exposure

  • Use of incompatible parts or accessories

  • Normal wear and tear or repetitive issues deemed abuse

  • Amplifier clipping or distortion damaging speakers

  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

  • Items previously repaired by unauthorized service providers

  • Return shipping for non-defective items

  • Freight damage or missing RMA#

  • Shipping to SXS Desert Audio

Battery Warranty

Battery coverage excludes:

  • Overcharging, neglect, abuse, freezing, fire, or collisions

  • Improper maintenance, installation, or discharging

  • Unauthorized attempts to repair or modify

Note: AGM batteries must be kept fully charged at all times. Discharged batteries are not considered defective.

What We Will Do

SXS Desert Audio will:

  • Repair or replace any product found to be defective under warranty

  • If repair is not possible, replace with a refurbished or equivalent model

  • Cover return shipping to the customer

  • Cover all labor and materials needed for the repair
