Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on any product that is in unused condition or if a manufacturer defect causes the product to fail. Returns will NOT be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or handling. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee due to shipping fees, merchant service fees, and repackaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. In most cases, a full store credit can be offered to avoid the restocking fee, which must be asked for and used within 30 days of RMA request date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
